Purpose and Specifications

This fully synthetic power steering fluid (VW TL 521 46 spec) delivers smooth steering in Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, and Skoda vehicles. It works reliably from -40°C to +135°C, staying fluid in freezing cold for easy winter starts and thick enough in heat to protect pumps and racks from wear.
