Return Period

The customer has the right to return purchased goods within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be identifiable as purchased from OILER and must arrive at our warehouse within the specified period.

Detailed withdrawal terms are described in the Sales Terms.

Product Condition

Only unused, undamaged, and non-operated products with intact packaging are accepted for return.

Liquids, oils, and similar products can only be returned if unopened and undamaged.

Product condition requirements comply with the Sales Terms.

Free Returns in Latvia

Customers in Latvia are offered free returns within 30 days.

The product can be returned via SmartPost courier service or delivered to OILER’s legal address in Riga after prior email contact.

All return communication is handled via info@evdalas.lv.

Refund

After the product arrives at the warehouse, it is inspected within up to 3 business days.

If the product meets return conditions, the refund is initiated the next business day or within 1–3 business days.

Depending on the bank, funds may take up to 10 days to reach the customer’s account.

The refund procedure is governed by the Sales Terms and Conditions.
